• Conducting the processes for the establishment and performance of the contract,

• Ensuring the security of operational processes related to the HIQ Nutrition platform,

3. What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?
AKTİF BESİN A.Ş., under its brand HIQ Nutrition, processes your personal data in accordance with laws and regulations, with high confidentiality and security, and based on the legal grounds specified in Articles 5, 8, and 9 of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) and listed below.
